Fithealth Anti Cramp 60’s

Fithealth Anti Cramp is a chewable tablet that can alleviate cramps by providing the body with the tissue salts that are necessary to prevent cramps from happening. These tissue salts reduce inflammation, provide the body with the electrolytes, and prevent the build up of lactic acid.

DIRECTIONS:
– For nocturnal cramps, chew two tablets before going to bed or at night time.
– For exercise-induced cramps, chew two tablets daily.
– Chew two tablets before workout and two tablets every hour during it.

INDICATIONS:
– Treating cramps caused by any reason.
– As a support in muscular pains like menstrual pain.
– Maintaining acid-base balance and reducing hyper-acidity.
