L-Lysine is an essential amino acid that the body cannot manufacture and must be taken with food. It is important in both healing the skin and maintaining it in its proper form. It alleviates or reduces the duration and intensity of cold sores, fever blisters, sun blisters, and herpes virus.

DIRECTIONS:
– As a preventive medication, take two tablets daily.
– Upon the onset of itching/burning, take two tablets immediately and maintain a dose of two tablets in the morning and two at night until the illness persists.
– Use in conjunction with Fithealth Lysine Lip Cream for the best results.

INDICATIONS:
– Treating skin outbreaks caused by fever, colds/flu, stress, fatigue, sun exposure, compromised immune system, hormonal changes, and chapped skin.
– Maintaining the proper state of health of the skin.
