Faster regeneration and help against tension pain: the fascia ball in black
You can use a fascia ball to massage tense areas of the back after strength training. Or you can use it as a preventive measure against tension. Fascia tissue is a layer of tissue that surrounds our organs and muscles.
After training, the regeneration phase already begins.
After a hard workout, this tissue layer can become knotted and painful. The fascia ball helps prevent and alleviate this. By using it, the muscles regenerate more quickly. If the tension pain has already occurred, the fascia ball also helps to gently massage the pain away. Typically, a fascia ball is black. This is why the massage ball is also known as the Blackroll.
Details if the fascua ball:

How is the fascia ball used?
With the fascia ball, your training partner rolls over the critical areas in your back and lumbar region that are particularly prone to tension. These include the regions around the shoulder blades and along the spine down to the loins. The back massage also works without a partner. To do this, place the fascia ball between a wall and your back. By placing your feet slightly away from the wall, you have enough pressure on the ball. By rotating the ball, you massage the stressed areas.
