Why a hybrid construction for the MT500 2in1 pants?
These pants are designed using 3 different components:
– a resistant fabric (198 g/m2) on the areas to be protected from abrasion (buttocks, front lower leg). This fabric is also stretchy, giving you great freedom of movement;
– a light and breathable fabric (145 g/m2) on the rest of the pants;
– a very stretchy crotch insert (15% elastane).

What are the accessories for the MT500 2in1 men’s pants?
The MT500 2in1 trekking pants are equipped with:
– 2 zipped hand pockets;
– 2 zipped thigh pockets (and 1 mesh pocket inside the right pocket);
– 1 zipped back pocket.

An elastic tightening system at the bottom of the leg allows the pants to fit perfectly on the shoe.

The pants are sold with a belt.

What is the water repellency of the component of the reinforcement zones of the 2in1 MT500 pants?
These pants have water-repellent inserts (front leg bottom, buttocks) that let water slide off the surface of the fabric. Be careful, this does not mean waterproof.

Water repellency prevents the pants from getting wet too quickly. However, they will not keep you dry in regular rain. For this, we advise you to add overpants like the MT500 model (ref. 8736465).

Water repellency can be reactivated using a water repellency reactivator spray (ref. 8800346).

What is the fit of the MT500 2in1 trekking pants?
Regular fit and use of stretch fabric where needed, guarantee a high level of comfort in movement.

How to maintain the MT500 2in1 pants?
We advise you to always wash the 2in1 pants with their zipped leg ends. This will ensure that the normal fading of the product is even!

These pants, launched in 2024, were validated in the field by several testers who completed 450 km and 23,000 meters of positive elevation gain at the end of spring 2023.
