The innovative Gaggia Adapting System, learns how fast to spin those ceramic burrs and how hard to tamp for the first fifteen brews for revolutionary results in your cup. Another important upgrade is the programmable pre-infusion, which pre-soaks the ground coffee, ensure the coffee is all fully saturated prior to extraction, resulting in maximum performance espresso extractions.
