What are peptides?
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as building blocks of proteins such as collagen, elastin, and keratin. These proteins are the foundations of your skin and are responsible for its texture, strength, and resilience. Without peptides, skin is less intact, which can lead to a loss of firmness, the appearance of wrinkles, a change in texture, and less ‘bounce’.

What do they do?
When applied topically, peptides act as little messengers, triggering skin cells to perform specific functions such as building collagen and elastin, encouraging the skin to look and act younger.

Use order:
1. Gmaeum Cleansing Gel (100ml): Wet your face and hands with lukewarm water. Take an appropriate amount of the product on wet hands, and gently massage it to create foam in the palm of your hands. Apply onto the face and massage with a gentle, circular motion. Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry with a soft towel. Use day and night.

Gmaeum Peptides Essence (20ml): Distribute squirts of essence onto your dark spots and pat the product gently into the skin. Use day and night.

Tips: This product is not meant for use on your entire face. If you do use it on your whole face, you should only do so every 2 or 3 days, and only at night. This will help prevent any irritation or skin sensitivity.

Gmaeum Peptides Serum (30ml): Take a pea-sized amount (3-4 drops) of the serum. Spread between your palm without rubbing too much. Dab the serum all over your face and neck using small and gentle tapping motions. Wait for 3 minutes for the serum to completely penetrate your skin before continuing with your cream. Use day and night.
Gmaeum Peptides Face Cream (50g): Take an appropriate amount of this cream and apply it with fingertips on your face and neck, massaging in a circular motion, being extra diligent in the areas that exhibit wrinkles and fine lines until absorbed. Use day and night.

Tips: Always apply sunscreen during the day. This will help protect your skin from damage caused by the sun’s ultraviolet rays. If you know that you are not going to apply sunscreen, do not apply this face cream during the day.

Note: Exposure to sunlight will indirectly delay the results since it increases the melanin pigments in the skin. It’s not bad to be exposed to sunlight but at least have protection and be sure not to be exposed for a long period. Use sunblock or sunscreen lotion that has an SPF of 45-60. It will protect you from the harmful effects of the sun. When you start using new skincare products, you may experience a purging phase. This is normal and simply means that your skin is getting used to the new products and ingredients. The purging should clear up within a few days.
