What else should you know about the Chrome Barbell Bar?

Back, arms, shoulders, chest and legs – you can train all muscle groups with right barbell. Thanks to the standard diameter of 30 mm, you can use all weight plates with a hole of 31 mm, including the Gorilla Sports range. The star collars that come with the bar are used to secure your weights.
