These rubber coated, cast iron plates have three practical grip handles which are brilliant to help move your plates around – gone are the days of heavy plates that seem to stick to the floor! The rubber coating on these bumper plates also prevents scuffs to your floor, which makes them great for exercising either at home or in the gym. The design of our bumper plates is perfect both for standard barbell workouts and functional training.

The 31 mm hole means they will fit all Gorilla Sports European standard barbell, dumbbell and curl bars
