Simply boil and bite into the gum guard to protect your mouth, teeth and gums. Clean with toothpaste and water after use and store your gum guard in its Ligum Fight Gear carrying case.

Ligum Fight Gear Gum Guard Fitting Instructions:
– Boil water
– Pour hot water into a mug
– Submerge Mouth guard for 30-90 seconds
– Remove with a utensil and let cool until comfortable
– Adjust to the right position in front of a mirror
– Bite down firmly. Apply even pressure with fingers and tongue
– Hold for 30 seconds to ensure it conforms to your teeth
– Carefully remove the mouth guard
– Hold under cold running water to cool completely
– Test fit to make sure it fits properly
– Repeat steps 1-10 if your mouth guard does not fit properly.
