Contains 500mg of Quercetin Dihydrate, 50mg Bromelain per capsule.

Quercetin (aka Quercetin Dihydrate) is a plant flavanol from the group of polyphenols. It is found in a variety of fruits and vegetables, seeds, grains, and also leaves among other things.

Quercetin is also considered to be an AMPK Activator meaning it may support metabolism. Specifically, it can help coordinate metabolic pathways and balance nutrient supply with energy demand. Some individuals believe this effect can also assist with weight loss and may even assist with the extension of one's life.

Bromelain is included in every serving since they work in synergy and Bromelain is thought to enhance the absorption of Quercetin in the bloodstream.

Quercetin is a potent antioxidant that has a variety of health benefits, including immune system and blood glucose support as well as reducing the stress response to exercise.

Directions for use: As a food supplement take 1 capsule up to 3 times daily, on an empty stomach, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
