Collagen is a protein and forms the main component of connective tissues such as; tendons, ligaments and skin.
Collagen contains Peptan which may provide multiple health benefits by acting as building blocks for healthy joints, bones and muscles as well as skin.

Your body naturally produces Collagen, but as we age production starts to decline from around 25 years of age. Lifestyle choices such as smoking, sugar intake and excessive UV exposure reduce Collagen production even further.
