St John’s Wort, Hypericum perforatum, is a wild flowering herb with distinctive yellow blooms which has been used for the past 2,000 years as a medicinal herb. The petals and leaves of the plant contain a number of unique substances such as hypericin and hyperforin and it is thought that these substances are responsible for its mood-enhancing action.

Ingredients:
St Johns Wort Extract (0.3% hypericin) 350 mg

Suggested Usage:
2 to 3 capsules per day.
