Recommended dosage for the Intestinal Bulldozer

Please eat as cleanly as possible for the 3 weeks of the gut detox. Try not to eat red meat, processed foods, fast foods, heavy carbohydrates, reduce sugar, reduce alcohol and dairy products. Eat as much fresh fruit and vegetables, drink plenty of water and fresh fruit juice and healthy smoothies. You can have chicken, fish, eggs, beans, lentils, chickpeas and healthy breads such as sourdough and rye. Please take a good probiotic in order to strengthen your gut’s microbiome.

First week (7 days)
2 x capsules 3 times per day. Increase to 3 capsules 3 times per day if required and if necessary you can increase the dosage in chronic cases. Find the sweet spot, no runny bowel movements. At this stage going to the toilet more than once per day will be good.
Second week (7 days)
2 capsules two times per day. Increase to 3 capsules two times per day, or more if necessary.
Third week (7 days)
2 x capsules once per day. Increase to 3 capsules once times per day, or more if necessary.
Maintenance
2 capsules three times per week. After 3-6 month, repeat deep cleaning with a cleanse
Add a good quality probiotic to assist in rebalancing the gut flora; a liquid probiotic is preferred.
