Notes
A 4K-capable display and cable are required for obtaining the 3840 x 2160 resolution
If connected to a USB 2.0 host port, or if using a USB 2.0 host cable, performance may be limited
The dock can connect to a USB-C port that doesn’t support Power Delivery, but it will not pass power through the connected device
If you are using a high-powered USB device, attach a USB-C power adapter to the power delivery port for optimal performance
To ensure files copy completely, do not remove the USB-C power adapter while copying files. For maximum performance, use a computer and USB-C power adapter equipped with PD 3.0
We advise no more than one (1) bus-powered/portable external hard disk drive to be connected to the USB hub at a time
