JV Leather Opinel No 8 Pouch

Slim Opinel pouch. It is made from saddle leather. Which is made by applying wax to full-grain leather after being smoothed out. The wax enhances the leather fibers and, when they are scratched or rubbed, the leather’s natural color changes its shade, giving it an antique, vintage appearance. The entire product is handmade even the stitching is done by hand in a saddle stitch.

This method requires extra time but provides durability. If the thread breaks, the locking thread would hold it in place, making it more resilient.The only part not done by hand is the logo, where we used an engraver .
