The peeler has a sharp vertical blade, which provides a clean, straight cut without fraying the food. With the vertical peeler, you peel using your wrist, which is less tiring than with conventional peeling knives. It can peel small fruit and vegetables, such as potatoes, with ease and without producing much waste. It is suitable for left- and right-handed users. Available in a variety of colours.
