The development and research of Low level light therapy started with the intention to assist in wound healing and relieve pain caused by various factors, including different kinds of arthritis, recently used in the treatment of acne, skin care, postoperative recovery facilities, hair growth and obesity treatment amongst others.

Red – 640nm, penetrate into skin 1 ~ 6mm – Regeneration of skin cells, promote blood circulation, relieve acne scarring, allergic dermatitis, relieve pain, activate the active ingredients of skin.
Blue – 423nm, penetrate into skin 1mm – Kills acne causing bacteria, inhibiting sebaceous glands, prevention of wound infection, allergic skin calm.
Green – 532nm, penetrate into skin 0.5 ~ 2mm – Treats conditions and inflammation associated with sensitive skin and also has a mental calming effect due to the way our cells photoreceptors respond to different light conditions.

Be careful not to use the blue light at least 90 minutes before bed as this may delay the sleeping process.
