1: Please try to install its internal driver directly. After plug it into your computer,
you will see there a new USB device folder in your computer, then double clicks to install the driver.
2: If you connect our this USB3.0 Hub to your USB3.0 ports in Computers to your HDMI or VGA monitors,
it support 1920×1080 Resolution,but if you connect to USB2.0 ports,it only support resolution of 800*600.
In order to get a clearly picture in your monitors,we sugest you to connect USB3.0 Ports only.
3: Our this USB3.0 to HDMI VGA Adapter only works in in Windows7/8/8.1/10 System,can not work in Mac OS.
4: If you connect through VGA port in our adapter to your monitors,please be well known that VGA will not transmit audio.
But if you connect through HDMI port in our adapter to your audio output and speakers supportable monitors,
you can enjoy audio and sound simultanesly,but if you connect hdmi to your no audio and speakers monitors,
you also can not have audio in your monitors.
