Reetha is a valuable herb traditionally used for strengthening hair and improving the complexion. It contains Vitamin A, D, E and K and also natural saponins which give a mild soapy effect when mixed with water. Reetha is an excellent skin cleanser and has a cooling effect on the skin. It is reputed to have anti-fungal properties and may be used in treating dandruff, eczema, psoriasis, pimples and blackheads. Natural moisturising properties make reetha an excellent skin and hair moisturiser. It evens out skin tone and helps to clear up blemishes, blackheads and pimples and helps to alleviate dry scalp conditions like dandruff.
Neem is reputed to have antibacterial, antifungal and anti-inflammatory properties that can have immense benefits for your hair and skin. Neem may help to encourage hair growth, assist in eliminating dandruff and can work wonders for people with problematic skin, and for those with sensitive or oily, acne-prone skin. Neem helps in getting rid of skin problems like blackheads, pigmentation, dullness and ageing and helps to give the skin a youthful glow.
Tulsi contains many beneficial compounds and it has strong antioxidant and antibacterial properties. It is traditionally used for combatting hair loss, dandruff and itchy scalps and for promoting healthy skin and shining hair. Tulsi has skin rejuvenating properties due to its high antioxidant content and helps to clear up acne scars, blackheads and pimples. Multani mitti consists mainly of clay minerals such as kaolinite, bentonite and attapulgite. The powder is an effective skin cleanser, attracting and removing dirt, oil and other impurities from the skin and also helping to treat acne and other skin problems. It leaves skin clean, soft and supple. It balances oil production in the skin thus benefitting all skin types, boosts skin and scalp circulation, and removes blackheads, whiteheads and dead skin cells giving skin a healthy glow. It cleanses the scalp without disturbing the natural oils and helps to treat dandruff.

Directions:
Mix the powder with enough filtered/spring water and/or cold-pressed plant oil (for example extra-virgin, cold-pressed coconut or olive oil) to make a paste. Apply it to your face and neck or hair and scalp. Or just do everything! You can also mix a small amount of the powder to do spot treatments. Repeat weekly for best results.
