The Master Lock No. 484 Rotating Gate Valve Lockout Device features a 86mm depth and 101mm stem opening for 20,3cm to 33cm diameter valve handles to surround the valve operating handle to protect against accidental valve opening. Center knockout can be removed for rising stem gate valves.
