Coriander: Leaves can be used as a garnish in salads, sauces, dressings, stews and curries. Use dried flower and seed heads in flower arrangements.

Chives: The leaves finely chopped are delicious in salads and spreads. The flowers make attractive vinegars for salad dressing.

Garden Rocket: Milder than Wild Rocket, Garden Rocket is one of the easiest foods to grow. Perfect in pesto, delicious in dips, perfect on pizza, and the slightly peppery flavour aids digestion.

Oregano: Oregano is drought tolerant. The essential ingredient in pizzas and pastas. Good companion plant for tomatoes and peppers.

Parsley Moss Curled: In the second year the plant may be drastically cut back. This will prevent bolting and stimulate plants to produce fresh leaves.

Basil: Fresh Basil is an appetising addition to sauces, marinades, salads, cheese and tomato dishes. Makes an excellent pot plant on a sunny window sill. Keeps flies out of the kitchen.
