Men’s Cycling Bib Shorts – Black – S

We designed these RC100 bibless cycling shorts for beginners cycling in hot weather on rides of up to 2 hours or 50km.

– Density” foam pad
– Thickness: 13 mm
– Density: 100 kg/m3
– Breathable material for greater comfort.
– Stretch fabric ensures shorts stay comfortably in place at the waist and thighs.
– To ensure greater comfort in the saddle, we created this “Medium Density” chamois pad.
– The fabric is soft and breathable.
– The reinforced zone is soft, with a density of 100 kg/m3 and a thickness of 13mm. The perforated fabric actively wicks away perspiration.
– The pad keeps you comfortable on rides of up to around 2 hours
– The shape of the reinforced areas (areas with thicker foam) was defined by tests on a sheet of pressure, designed by garment designers from a dummy moulding and approved after various trials and usage tests.
– This test, conducted on real cyclists, involves measuring the pressure points exerted on the saddle.
– The reinforced area covers contact points where pressure is greater. There is a dart at the front for a better fit.
– The ischiums are well-covered, and the perineum is also protected.
– The reinforced area is relatively narrow between the legs to prevent irritation/rubbing while pedalling.
– Channels have been embossed into the reinforcements to provide greater flexibility.
– Machine wash at 30 C. Synthetic programme.
– Turn the garment inside out.
– Do not add softener.
– Hang to dry in a warm, ventilated place.
– Do not tumble dry.
– Do not dry clean.
– Do not bleach.
– Do not place it on a heater to dry.

We then test our products in the field, as we are convinced that only by subjecting them to real-world conditions, like the ones you experience on your bike, can we continuously improve our products.
