– Standard remote is slow and has a weak signal. So it has been replaced with a Air Mouse. Limited Warranty of 6 Months:

Warranty covers and is limited to the following:

– Factory defection only.

– Tv box not starting up.

– Jamming on startup on the black screen / android screen and/or color block screen.

– Tv box randomly switching off.

– Tv box not turning on.

– Wi-Fi not connecting to the latest Wi-Fi router systems.( Old systems may not connect to this box).

– Remote not working on close range (no more than 3meters from the device which is not covered, blocked or contained in a cupboard box etc).

– HDMI cable not working.

– Power cable not working.

– Incorrect plug type.

– All our products are marked, so warranty is only valid with our products and not a product you have purchased in the past.

Warranty does not cover but not limited to the following:

– Laggy, glitchy apps, non user friendly apps, If some apps are not supported. (The app developer is responsible for all app related problems and not our product. Wait for an update and hope the developer fixes bugs for the model type of the app. App may work perfectly on your cellphone due to the model that app was made for. Google play detects the device you using and installs the app for the device you use that is why an app can work perfectly on one device and not another.)

– Speed of the box. (Box has 1gb ram so it is slow and some or to many apps running or installed may cause the box to slow down or jam. Use apps with the the tv box capability. This is not a factory defect this is a users error if box slows down or jams.)

– If box jams.

– Physical damage. (All boxes are checked and marked before shipped to Raines Africa making sure there is no physical damage. Physical damage can only occur by negligence of the user.)

– Intentional software damage. (Trying to upgrade the software and render the box unusable and will be considered as user damage and will not fall under factory default which will not be covered by warranty)

– Deletion of preloaded apps. (If you delete a preloaded app you cant claim the advertised product was not provided)

– Incorrect use of the box. (If you try using the box for what its not meant for and/or if you use it incorrectly and it does mot work or breaks , warranty will not cover this item.)

– Box not been google certified( Box is not google certified which is normal and not factory defective and we hold no warranty for this and/or google certified apps not working on this device.)

Special warrant notice, not limited to only the below mentioned app:

– We hold no warranty or responsibility for the Disney+ app as it is glitchy and problematic on a large spread of smart tvs a mobile phones. This problem or any problem is not the result of our MXQ PRO tv box.

– We hold no warranty or responsibility for any apps been glitchy unable to download or not working in any way as we are not the app developers.
