Recommended use:
– Mix 2 level scoops, (approx. 30g) with 250ml of cold water. Vary the amount of water to achieve desired consistency and taste. To increase your protein intake per serving and achieve a delicious milkshake taste, use milk instead of water. For best results consume before bedtime.

Night time desert:
Mix 2 level scoops, (approx 30g) of NPL’s Micellar Casein in a bowl, slowly add water or milk until it forms a thick pudding like consistency, refrigerate for 5 minutes and consume.
