Dextrose is a rapidly metabolized source of energy which will rapidly replenish glycogen levels, making it the ideal post-workout supplement. This high glycaemic index (GI) of Dextrose, will cause a rapid spike in your insulin levels, driving nutrients into your cells and aiding in efficient recovery and muscle growth after training.

Recommended Use:
– As a dietary supplement, mix 3 level scoops (approx. 50g) with a desired amount of cold water, flavoured drink or combine with your favourite NPL product
– Consume directly after training to trigger an insulin spike that will quickly enable nutrients to move into the muscle cells
– Best used in conjunction with NPL’s Whey Protein, BCAA 10:1:1 and/or Creatine Monohydrate, directly after training
