Recommended Use:
– Mix 1 rounded teaspoon (5g) with water 1-3 times per day, preferably on an empty stomach
– Consume 1 serving with 150-200ml water before bed. If required mix another slightly rounded teaspoon in water or your favourite sports drink before bed and directly after a vigorous workout, or as recommended by your fitness advisor
