PFERD HSS hole saw set LS-SO 7 H

PFERD Hole Saws are manufactured from tough, shatter-proof, sturdy HSS bimetal.

The set includes five HSS hole saws in the most common international diameters, including accessories, used by Craftsmen.

Advantages:
– Hole saws offer a cost effective way of cutting / sawing out round cut-outs.
– Chattering during sawing is prevented by the alternating tooth pitch.
– The hole saw is conveniently centred and guided by a 6.35mm / ¼’ replaceable pilot drill.

Specifications:
Materials that can be worked include Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Copper, Bronze, Brass, Plastics and Wood.

The set includes the following :
– Five hole saws : 22mm , 25mm, 29mm, 32mm, and 38mm
– One suitable hole saw arbor : One LSS 4 including Pilot Drill.
– One 4mm Allen Key
– One ejection spring

Operating instruction:
– Observe the recommended rotational speed
– When cutting metals, use suitable cutting fluid. (This will improve the service life of the hole saw.)
– Ensure all the teeth are applied evenly and avoid winging movements as this can lead to tooth breakages.
– Avoid overheating of the hole saw.
– Ensure correct Personal Protective Equipment is worn while using the tool.
