One of the biggest problems with getting new athletes to perform box jumps is the very real fear of injuring themselves while doing the movement. Advanced athletes are also reluctant to push their limits on taller boxes for the same reason. If an athlete does not commit to the jump out of fear, the chances of getting hurt further increase.

The Continental Sports Coated Safety Plyo Box has a foam coating and branded PVC cover to protect against bumps and scrapes during workouts. This 3-way Plyo box measure 500mm (20inches) x 600mm (24inches) x 760mm (30 inches), making it a versatile addition to any CrossFit Gym, functional fitness facility or home gym setup.
