How exactly does this battery platform work?
You simply click the 20 V battery onto any 20 V tool. But the 40 V battery goes one step further, showing off the real innovative character of Dual Power. You can slide the 40 V battery onto 40 V or 20 V tools. If you choose the 20 V tool with a 40 V battery, you extend the running time of your tools considerably, which means you can keep working a whole lot longer.
You are sure to have a quiet, powerful and easy-to-use tool. Besides that, now you don’t have to buy a new battery for every tool.
The 20V battery is not included. It is sold separately, and it is compatible with the entire Dual Power range.
