Easy Gas Spring Adjustment
To hold your monitor properly and freely set your monitor to angle height, please adjust gas spring tension according to your monitor weight first.
If your monitor goes down , please hold the arm to a horizontal position and turn the screw by COUNTER-CLOCKWISE to INCREASE tension till your monitor can stay at any height; otherwise turn clockwise to reduce tension.
