TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS
Isothermal
We have laboratory tested this cooler according to the EN 12546-2 standard, at an ambient temperature of 32 C, without ice packs and half full. The time to go from 5 C (temperature of food coming out of the refrigerator) to 15 C is 5 hours.
By adding 600 g of ice, the time to go from 5 C to 15 C increased to 8 hours in the same conditions.
Capacity
Volume: 10 litres.
Recommended for 1 to 2 people.
Inside you will find a system for keeping your bottles upright during transport and a zipped pocket at the top.
On the outside, you’ll find a zipped pocket, separate from the cooler, so you can keep your belongings dry and stop them coming into contact with food in the cooler (wallet, keys, map, camera, etc.).
The bag also has an outer mesh pocket on one side.
Dimensions
Cooler dimensions when unfolded: (Length x Width x Height)
Outer dimensions: 21 x 17 x 38 cm
Inner dimensions: 20 x 16 x 32 cm
Once folded, the cooler is more compact
and measures 21 cm wide, 8 cm deep and 35 cm high.
WATERPROOFING
this rucksack is not waterproof inside. The bottom of this rucksack doesn’t hold in water.
Sometimes condensation is created inside the bag and some drops of water may seep through the seams. Don’t worry, this rarely happens and won’t damage your food.
Directions for use
To keep your food cold for longer, you can add ice packs to your bag.
When packing your bag, we recommend that you put the food that needs to stay cold together at the bottom of the bag.
Finally, to increase the thermal performance of your cooler bag, we recommend that you only open it when you need and close it quickly.
How is the bag’s volume measured?
The volume of each backpack is measured using a standard method: we fill the main compartment, as well as each pocket, with little balls. Then we empty these balls into a graduated container, which gives the equivalent volume in litres.

TESTS AND WARRANTY
Test product
The European standard EN 12546-2 certifies the performance of the cooler backpack without ice packs. To obtain this standard, tests are carried out by an external laboratory. These tests consist of placing water at a temperature of 5 C into the cooler. The point is to then measure the time the water takes to reach a temperature of 15 C. The measured time for this backpack was 5 hours.
