How to use 100ml Semi-Permanent Powder Colour Pigment Simply mix with conditioner. DOES NOT WORK ON BLACK HAIR. Best results on Pre HI -Lighted hair. Fades after 4-10 weeks on average. Results may depending on the colour / texture of the hair that the products is applied to.
