Each toy has been made to be appropriate for any size dog. Red Dingo DURABLES are lightweight enough for small dogs but also big enough to entertain large dogs.

What are Red Dingo DURABLES made from?
Super-strong, non-toxic, synthetic material. The inks we use have been independently tested by SGS and are certified to be non-toxic.

Can Red Dingo DURABLES be washed?
Yes, machine wash cold only. Laundry detergent may be used if required. Washing these toys may cause some minor fading.

Can I put these toys in the dryer?
No, do not put Red Dingo DURABLES in the dryer. To dry, lay flat on a rack to air-dry. If necessary, redistribute the stuffing prior to drying.

My dog destroyed your toy, is this covered under the ‘guarantee’ to outlast all other fabric dog toys?

No fabric toy is indestructible, especially if dogs are left to chew them. A destroyed toy does not warrant a refund. In order to claim a refund against our guarantee, it must be clear that our toy has not lasted longer than another fabric soft toy with the same dog. A refund is given at the retailer’s discretion. It is up to the retailer to arrange a refund or credit from their distributor.
