Product Overview
The ISL60002BAH333Z-T7A is a precision low power FGA voltage reference in 3 pin SOT-23 package. This very high precision analogue voltage reference is fabricated in floating gate analogue technology and feature low supply voltage operation at ultra low 350nA operating current. The floating gate technology creates references with very low drift and supply current. The device features initial accuracy as low as ±1mV and 20ppm/°C temperature coefficient. The initial accuracy and temperature stability performance, low supply voltage and 350nA power consumption of ISL60002 eliminates the need to compromise thermal stability for reduced power consumption making it an ideal companion to high resolution, low power data conversion systems. It is used in high resolution A/Ds and D/As digital meters.
