When to change your helmet H?
We recommend that you change your helmet in 2 cases:
– After a fall: In the event of a fall, the material of your helmet may deteriorate or even break. Sometimes, you do not notice it. This is why we advise you to replace it at the slightest doubt.
– After 5 years of use: The foam deteriorates. It can be damaged depending on the shocks, its storage location, the climate and its use. We therefore advise you to change your helmet at least every 5 years.
How to adjust your headset ?
3 quick steps to follow to adjust your helmet in 5 minutes:
1/ Clip the buckle of the 2 straps: check that you can still slide 2 fingers between the strap and the chin.
2/ Adjust the straps so that they form a “Y” on each side of the ears. Just below the ear.
3/ Adjust the tightness of the headband with the rear wheel.
