Rode NTG-5 Kit Broadcast Directional Microphone Set

The Rode Videomic NTG-5 is an extremely versatile and compact directional microphone that delivers broadcast quality audio. The compact and lightweight microphone with a strong directional effect delivers crystal clear recordings in all shooting situations with its extremely low self-noise of only 10 dBA and the sound is recorded transparently and undistorted. The electronics of the NTG-5 are vacuum sealed, which makes the microphone weatherproof and withstands the toughest conditions.

The NTG-5 kit comes with a wide range of accessories, such as the PG2-R pistol grip as a holder and the matching PG2-R Pro connection cable. With the pistol grip and the specially designed cable, the NTG-5 is perfectly decoupled, so that no handling noise or kicking sound can be heard in the recording. Also comes with a matching microphone clip, a deluxe fur wind shield for outdoor recordings and a carry bag. Thanks to the 3/8 inch thread on the bottom of the pistol handle, it can be easily mounted on a pitch.
