Rycote BBG Windjammer

Rycote BBG Windshield provides the wind attenuation properties of a full windshield in a small package.

Rycote’s BBG Windjammer is the perfect addition to BBG Windshield for the highest possible protection against extreme wind noise. This high-quality, synthetic fur-cover originally developed by Rycote provides up to 20 dB of wind-noise attenuation (up to 50 dB when used with the BBG) producing excellent audio recordings. Made from materials specially designed for wind-noise isolation, the Windjammer has virtually no adverse effect on high frequencies.

To be totally effective it is important that the pile of the Windjammer remains in prime condition, so it is supplied with a fold flat hairbrush for ongoing maintenance.
