Sally-Ann Creed Calm 30 capsules

Sleep is a basic yet important biological process that is vital for maintaining physical well-being and mental sharpness. Sally-Ann Creed’s CALM was developed as a natural alternative to medication for coping with health issues and sleep disorders. The active ingredient in CALM is a milk protein hydrolysate called Lactium, which has been proven to aid in increasing total sleep time and sleep efficacy.

Lactium is a hydrolyzed milk protein that contains very little lactose (<1%) and therefore presents low risks of intolerance. Lactium increases the activity of gamma-Aminobutyric acid (GABA), a neurotransmitter well-known for its inhibitory action on anxiety alongside its relaxing properties. By reducing stress and improving sleep quality, it may aid decision-making and improve mood, which affects behaviour. The reason we chose Lactium as a sleeping aid stems from the observation of how milk calms and soothes newborns.

Composition:
Each capsule contains:
Milk Protein Hydrolysate (a-casozepine) 150 mg

Dosage and directions for use:
Take 1 capsule at night 1 hour before bed, or as directed by your healthcare provider
Not recommended for children 12 years and younger
Do not exceed the recommended dosage
This product should be used >2 weeks to effectively improve sleep quality
