Contains:

Beetroot Extract: beetroots are used to help lower levels of triglycerides (a type of fat) in the blood. This, in turn, lowers blood pressure.

Hawthorn: (berry, leaves and flowers) is one of the most commonly recommended foods to help treat high blood pressure. Studies show that hawthorn act as a vasodilator, meaning that it can relax constricted blood vessels, ultimately lowering blood pressure.

Oatstraw: is known to improve blood flow by increasing the production of nitric oxide, a molecule that helps dilate blood vessels which lowers high blood pressure.

Ground Flaxseed: its high fibre content helps protect the layer of cells lining the blood vessels, which helps keep blood pressure levels in check. The alpha-linolenic acid and lignans present in flaxseeds are also beneficial in making sure your blood pressure does not surge up.

Bacopa Monnieri: research shows that bacopa monnieri improves memory, attention, and the ability to process visual information. It helps reduce stress and anxiety by elevating your mood and reducing levels of cortisol, a hormone that is intricately linked to stress levels.

Piperine: is a compound in black pepper that boosts absorption by up to 2,000 %.
