Sea Buckthorn is rich in various vitamins and minerals, antioxidants and other plant compounds beneficial to your health. In two studies, people with non-alcoholic liver disease who were given sea buckthorn 1 to 3 times daily, saw blood cholesterol, triglyceride and liver enzyme levels improve significantly.
