It enables you to add a second notebook hard disk drive to your modular/optical bay.
Installation method:
Unpack the hard drive, Lift the hard drive retaining latch, The Screws to the hard drive.
Insert the hard drive into the hard drive.
Slide the hard drive into the connector until it locks into place.
Lower the hard drive retaining latch until it snaps closed.
