Set of 3 EVA Foam Interlocking Mats – Exercise Flooring

Professional grade interlocking exercise floor mats, as used at the Olympics for various events/sports types such as Karate, Judo, Taekwondo and more.

Sized at 100cm x 100cm they are significantly larger than most other mats on the market and at 3cm thick, with a shore hardness (just how hard or soft they are), that is ideal for exercise – Not too hard. Not too soft!

These are superior quality to other similar looking mats on the market. They are also fully reversible, red one side and blue on the other.

They are non-slip, easily assembled or disassembled, easily cleanable. They are easily stored and come with edges to protect the interlocking patterns while in storage or for transportation.

Ideal for martial arts; yoga; dancing (barefoot or with soft-soled dancing shoes); pilates; aerobics; general exercise; personal training; kids play areas, etc.

Suitable for use while barefoot or with appropriate soft-soled dancing shoes. These mats may be used with lighter weights and kettlebells.

• VERY IMPORTANT: Not Suitable for use under heavy objects such as gym machinery heavy weights or storage of weights. Sharp objects such as heeled shoes chair legs or similar objects that place a heavy load on a small surface area may also damage the EVA foam! The interlocking mats should only be used as their design intended to ensure many years of use.
