Designed so the weight is evenly distributed, the vest has open sides to allow ventilation to keep you cool while you sweat it out. With the option of adding or removing up to 20 of the 1kg steel blocks, you can push it as hard as you want. Featuring hook and loop sides, the Weight Vest is designed to fit snug to ensure no chaffing or rubbing to maximise comfort. The nylon straps that secure the weight have been reinforced to keep the weight secure and as close to the body as possible
