Solal Ashwagandha Tablets – 60 Tablets

Ashwagandha by Solal is a traditional Indian herbal extract that reduces stress and promotes calm while also boosting energy levels.

This extract also helps treat low thyroid function and may protect the immune system. It is prepared without using alcohol or chemical solvents and contains the highest percentage of withanolides available in South Africa.

Caution: Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended, as safety has not been established.

Contra-indications: Not safe for use in pregnancy. Safety while breast-feeding has not been established. Benzodiazepines: Theoretically ashwagandha may increase the effects of benzodiazepines. Benzodiazepines include diazepam, clonazepam, alprazolam, flurazepam, lorazepam, midazolam and others.

CNS Depressants: Theoretically, ashwagandhas sedative effect may potentiate the effects of barbiturates.

Immunosuppressants: Theoretically, ashwaghandha might decrease the effectiveness of immunosuppressant therapy because of its potentially immunostimulating effects.

Directions for use: Adults and children over 12 years of age: Take 1 capsule twice daily, or as recommended by your healthcare provider. Can be taken with or without meals.

Children 7-12 years of age: Take 1 capsule daily.
