How to use on the go.
Dispense 1 full pump of Luum foam into your aligner. Use tip of bottle to spread foam over the tray. Clip aligner back and spit out any foam in your mouth. No rinsing required.

How to use at home.
Dispense 1-2 full pumps of Luum foam into your aligner and leave for 5 minutes. Shake of any access, clip aligner back and you are ready to go.
Luum foam can be used up to 4 times daily.

Can last up to 6 weeks (depends on usage).
