ULive 2K Full HD Dashcam Plus 128gb SD card

Dashcams are great for the unexpected events and for insurance purposes. More and more we see dashcam videos on social media saving people from court cases and accident scams. Whether is someone suddenly jumping in front of your car or someone purposely reversing into you. You now have the evidence with the ULive Dashcam.

Ulive Installation tips:

– the cable provided: one end is standard 5v Usb-C which connect into the Dashcam, the other end of the cable has three wires with connect to 12v car power source.

RED ACC cable: The ACC (Accessory) wire connects to 12-volt power source which goes on only when the ignition key is in the “ACC” or “Accessory” position. Connects to fusebox.

BLACK cable: GND is also your negative cable connect to fusebox or battery negative.

YELLOW cable: B+ is a 12v constant cable. Connects to fusebox.

NB: the Dashcam will start recording as soon as it goes on. You don't need the App to run the device. The App will allow you to set your recording quality and also to set the duration of each recorded clip.

The dashcam never stops recording, as long as a micro SD card is present. When the micro SD card is full, then it will loop record over the older video clips. To test if the camera is recording, you need switch on the device (with an SD card inserted) for at least 5 minutes before switching off. You should then find the recorded video clip on the micro SD card.

When installing the cable, we find that its best to either tuck the cable into the car linings or use a hot glue gun to keep the cable in place.

The App – Very important, the device does not connect to Bluetooth. This is a wifi connected device. As soon as the dashcam goes on, it will automatically create a wifi type of hotspot that you can connect to with your phone. So first power on the dashcam, then go to wifi setting on your phone, switch your phones wifi off and back on, you should then have a new wifi connection option on your phone. Connect to the dashcam wifi. After you have installed the App on your phone, you can just add the dashcam device. In the little user manual, you will find the QR code for a direct link to the App.
