Suggested use:
– mix 2-3 scoops into 500-750 ml cold water and shake vigorously
– mix with amount of cold water according to your taste preference
– it is recommended that the powder be added to half the water first, shaken and then the rest of the water should be added
– take note that the variety of complex carbohydrates may result in some settlement
– give your bottle one or two shakes every time you take a sip.

Prepare: Before race, consume half a serving by taking frequent sips from about 30 minutes leading to the start.

Perform: During long, strenuous endurance events or training sessions, consume one full serving every 60-90 minutes by taking frequent sips.

After: For optimal recovery, consume one full serving immediately after activity by taking frequent sips over the duration of 10-20 minutes.
