With the Endurance cycling shorts, we wanted to create a very comfy pair of cycling shorts that would give you perfect support and freedom of movement for moderate rides lasting an average of 3 hours.

We’ve specifically worked on the waistband of these shorts to offer an alternative to bib shorts for people who want to remove any areas of tension from their shoulders.

How Our Rc500 Cycling Shorts Were Designed
The story of the design phase for our Exposure cycling shorts.

New anatomical pad
The RC500 cycling shorts come with a new “anatomical” chamois pad.

The central seam lets the pad fold. This construction technology ensures the perfect fit and stability in the saddle. It has been designed for the male anatomy and, thanks to its stretchy layers, it follows the body’s movements as you ride.

Van Rysel Endurance Pad
The chamois pad is made from a unique combination of materials offering the type of protection needed on your long rides. The pad has a protective, high-density, 120 kg/m3 foam insert under the sit bones and the entire undercarriage. The top layer of fabric, which is in direct contact with the skin, is made from elastane and brushed polyester threads to prevent rubbing and irritation. All of the layers are breathable and wick perspiration.

Care Tips
Machine wash at 30 C. Synthetic programme. Turn the garment inside out. Use minimal laundry detergent. Do not add softener. Line dry in a warm, ventilated area. Do not tumble dry.Do not dry clean. Do not bleach. Do not place on a heater to dry.

Main fabric: 20.0% Elastane, 80.0% Polyamide; Pad: 100.0% Polyurethane; Pad – Outer fabric: 8.0% Elastane, 42.86% Polyamide, 49.14% Polyester; Yoke: 35.0% Elastane, 65.0% Polyamide
