Each gram contains: Menthol 28, 2 mg, Camphor 52, 6 mg, Eucalyptus Oil 13, 3 mg

Direction for use:
– Rub on Method: If head colds and nasal congestion persists
– Apply only to the chest, throat, back and massage for 5 minutes
– 2 to 5 years: 10-15ml 2 to 3 times daily
– 6 to 12 years: 5-10 ml 2 to 4 times daily
– 12 years and older: 10-15 ml 2 to 4 times daily
