Waterproof Roof Flashing for Pipe Diameter 200mm – 275mm

For use on a tile or slate roof. The silicone boot forms a watertight seal around any pipe, including chimney pipes. A fast, easy and cost effective method of waterproofing.

The roof boot and aluminium base plate are not separate items. They arrive bonded together.

“Silicone” roof boots resist UV rays, offer more flexibility and withstand much higher flue temperatures than cheaper “EPDM” boots.
